Karla was born and raised in Durham, NC, giving her a deep-rooted understanding of the Triangle area. As the oldest of four siblings, she has always embraced responsibility and leadership.

For four years, Karla managed one of the most beautiful, luxury apartment complexes in Durham, gaining extensive knowledge and expertise in property management. Her passion for soccer earned her a full scholarship to play in college, instilling in her the values of teamwork, dedication, and perseverance.

Karla is a proud parent to the most gorgeous son and beautiful daughter, who are the light of her life. With hard work and determination, she has transitioned to a full-time career in real estate. She has successfully helped buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the market, offering a smooth and rewarding experience.
